Access

There is good access for the disabled to our consultation rooms. A designated parking bay is adjacent to the surgery entrance and the surgery has a ramp and wide doors to allow for wheelchair access.

When We Are Closed

Emergency care is available 24 hours a day.

Access to in-hours services (08:00 – 18:30, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, except Bank Holidays and 08:00 – 17:00 Thursday) is by telephoning the Surgery telephone number: 01845 577297.

Out of hours assessment at other times (i.e. between 18:30 – 08:00 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 17:00 – 08:00 Thursdays, weekends and Bank Holidays) is accessed via the NHS 111 service.

In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you should call: 111. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.

Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
